Our Story
Serenity Management is a property management company founded by 2 women based in Washington DC.
We provide award- winning management and leasing services to residential and commercial landlords. Our expertise stems from over 20 years in the customer service, low-income tax credit and property management field. We have built our reputation on hard work, same-day responsiveness, and complete transparency. Our
formula to success is a tailored and very client specific approach. Over the years, we have built lasting
relationships with many highly qualified vendors which makes our in-house program distinct. In addition to our management services, we also offer an array of contracted services.
